Intro: Why I Started Rightful Legal
Good afternoon, Tracy Paulsen, founder of Rightful Legal. I wanted to talk a little bit about my firm and why I called it Rightful Legal. I did this for a reason. I became a lawyer to create change and to create change on a larger level, and I want to fight for the rights of people and bring justice where it is deserved.
Fighting for Justice & Corporate Accountability
We help people who have been victims of negligence, whether it’s via a car accident or it’s at the hands of a corporation. You’ve probably seen me speak about PFAS and our water. This is a much larger social issue that’s hitting many people in the environmental arena. We live in a society where corporations focus on profits and they don’t promote people. They focus on profits over humanity. Law is one way in which we can hold them responsible.
Big Pharma & Processed Food Industry Exposed
You’ll see me speaking about different facets of social justice. In upcoming videos, I’m going to be speaking about social media harm, where we have a lot of companies such as Google and Facebook that have algorithms that have targeted our young people and created body dysmorphia issues and depression and anorexia, especially amongst young girls.
We have ultra-processed food where large corporations such as Nestlé and so forth have created food sources that are making us ill, making us obese, and giving us diabetes. And then, to combat that, we have pharma companies that are producing drugs such as Ozempic to counteract that through weight loss, where people have to become dependent for life and can suffer gastroparesis.
The Harmful Effects of Social Media Algorithms
There are such things as video games that are a nice pastime, however, they’re addictive. All sorts of issues that you don’t see and you don’t want to talk about in everyday life—like sex trafficking and Depo-Provera, which is a birth control pill that’s creating tumors in young women. These are the types of things I want to bring advocacy and awareness to, so people know that you have rights and that you can stand up to these corporations. You can protect yourself and try to get them to focus more on us.
Know Your Rights & Take Action!
We’re in a society that does need a lot of change in a lot of different ways. I won’t go down a political standpoint here, but please subscribe to my channel and call anytime at 617-821-5856. I look forward to hearing from you.
