Tracy Paulsen, founded Rightful Legal, as a vehicle to enforce the rights of those injured by the negligence of others. With over 15 years of legal experience, Tracy has fought on both sides of the ring. She has witnessed firsthand how corporations, including big insurance companies, seeking to save money and increase profit margins will do so, often at the expense of the individual whom their actions harmed. This experience in understanding the opponent, and ability to effectively negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of her individual clients – the people, the person who has been injured.
Tracy has extensive experience concerning personal injury, medical malpractice, environmental, mass tort, toxic tort and product liability. Having worked for multiple insurance companies, she understands firsthand that their primary goal is not to protect you – the claimant, the one who is injured and suffering. Their goal is to protect themselves.
Tracy understands the landscape and strategies needed in order to protect your rights to achieve the settlement you deserve. She has made it her mission to fight for you, the one who has been harmed, and in need of compelling advocacy, justice and care.
Tracy has strong ties to the community as a Massachusetts native. She is deeply impassioned by protecting the rights of the people who live here, no matter where they emigrated from. Tracy feels gratitude for living in a place which values diversity, equity, inclusion and culture and she fosters these values in her practice and representation.
Tracy is dedicated to environmental protection and advocating for people’s rights to a clean, healthy vibrant community and ecosystem for generations to come. She has served on the board of environmental non-profits, she founded Sustain for the Future, which promoted sustainable thought leaders and their strides in creating sustainable solutions, and lead an environmental networking group bringing together environmentally minded people.
Tracy lives with her family west of Boston. She enjoys being in nature, the beach and ocean, even in the winter, and loves to travel. She is a avid photographer and aspiring painter.
Tracy graduated from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA with a B.A. in Environmental Science and Anthropology, and Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA with a Juris Doctorate.
